Veronica: Get fit in style. Hi! I am Veronica of WatchMojo.com and today we are looking at different options to fit your workout routine. Most woman really want to get fit so how can they get in shape but still looking fabulous?
Tara Wickwire: Well, luckily at Old Navy, we have a whole range of active wear and it's our Goga Collection, so a little play on yoga, it's kind of on the go and it ranges from sports bras to tanks, to running shorts, to yoga pants of all lengths, and running pants as well. So we have something for everyone and it's easy to get fit and look good on a budget.
Veronica: There are so many options available, how do you know which best fits the sport you are going to do?
Tara Wickwire: Some of the pieces are cotton-spandex blends, so that's more suitable for maybe walking in the lower key sports. We do have some polyester based pieces as well. And those are great for wicking moisture and better for high impact sports like running and aerobics.
Veronica: So do you think you can show us some different looks?
Tara Wickwire: Let's take a look at some looks from Old Navy Goga Collection. So starting with her little zip-up jacket, this is a standard black. It's also available in a beautiful deep pink and white as well. On her bottom, this is our Goga pant. You'll notice these are really interesting dot-pattern waistbands, these are affordable waistbands. These are of great thick, great length.
We've given her again one of the linen sports tanks with the built-in bra which is kind of like a throwback retro appeal. These are little running short tab and on top finally, we have given her the white version of the black jacket we showed earlier. So we'll start with this little hoody with the pink trim. This is really sweet and is just such a great little layering piece, super cozy, and it'll keep you warm after that workout. This is the same pattern that we saw in the waistband of the pants earlier on. This is kind of a polyester blend pant. I think together this is just a really great fashion statement, as well as being a great look to, well, workout in.
