Erik: What do you enjoy most about helping people have light bulb moments?

Audrey: I love seeing when people realize something is possible, or something is different than they thought, or that you just watch a little light bulb come on over their head. I think it is so… I don’t know why. I just love it. I think it’s because I know how I feel when I have a light bulb moment, when I’m sitting somewhere or standing somewhere. I actually have a lot of light bulb moments in the shower. I’ll just be taking a shower, and, all of a sudden, something will just hit me, and I’ll just go ‘wow! I understand such and such or I never saw it this way or that way.’ And I don’t know. It’s gratifying and it’s freeing to watch someone else enjoy that gratification and that freedom when they realize that some sort of limiting or confused thought all of a sudden becomes clear. It’s like something opened that was before closed, and once it’s open, it’s a lot harder to just close it back up, and so then new things start to become possible as light bulbs and awarenesses go off. You know, the consciousness level raises, and all of a sudden, you can’t put yourself back in the same box because you’re now different, you’re bigger, and I love to watch that happen in people around me. It’s – it changes the rules. It changes what’s possible for them, and I love it.
