Part four of ten: Continuing your search.

Molly McDonald: Yahoo Real Estate has a lot of helpful tools to help you with your home search. You can browse for homes by location and then select certain features you desire, like city limits, dates listed and a price range. You can also save them to your Yahoo accounts, you can easily find them later.

You can choose to browse just foreclosures, all homes for sale, apartments for rent. You can also view finance and mortgage information, neighborhood information, like median home income, average weather, the unemployment rate, and education statistics. You can also view information about nearby schools; realtor.com has tools to help you see how much homes are worth and in any neighborhood.

Just enter in a location, and choose if you're buyer or a seller, add your name and email address, select the features that you desired, a report will be email to you in about 15 minutes and it will look like this and show you things like sold and asking listing prices, community information, and school information.
