Male: We’ve twins on the way, Dan and Shannon have the ultimate kick in the butt to redo there bathroom and get rid of there leaky shower for good. My shower is licked in two years too long, it’s time to get in done, and here we are. Shannon: Yup. Dan: Leaky shower at all. Shannon: And we’ve tried several things to fix it and we used don’t really know how to deal with that. Male: Okay so— and so dealing with it. Shannon: Don’t use it. Male: You start no using? Shannon: No. Male: Anything else going on here that bother you? Shannon: Well I hate the floor. Dan: Because it’s very generic, we really want a modern look. Male: Okay. Shannon: And I’d love to see more storage in here, we only have the one vanity. Male: Absolutely storage, class to join up a little bit and more important here guys, look at me. Finish the job. Shannon: We are very serious. Male: Alright, you’re ready? Shannon: Yes. Male: First, we’ve got an instinct cure for any leak. A brand new frame glass shower with the self cleaning shower system, and then we are going to give this bathroom a serious like up on style with high in glass mosaic tile. It’s so cool looking we are putting in the shower and the tubs around, and the floor will now be anything but boring with the deep dark porcelain tile that just snaps together. And we’ve got there storages to use covered with the style and new vanity inside cabinet. More storage over the toilet and the recess medicine cabinet, finally we are going fold on the walls to make the room really puff and we’ve got a tribute just for them, a pebble asset mirror that will go above the top and will do it all in the budget of 10 gram. Dan: Before we could even use the shower, now it’s a raise to see you can use at first. Shannon: I just can’t believe how amazing that shower tile and backsplash is, it’s incredible. Male: We really achieve excess storage for Shannon on this project and not only do we have a new vanity was storage; we’ve got a side cabinet and inset medicine cabinet and more storage about the toilet. Dan: That floor turn out pretty good if I do say so myself. Shannon: And mirror was fairly inexpensive but it makes an incredibly huge impact. Dan: Before the bathroom was lacking any kind of character and now we really have a personalize place. Shannon: And when I walking to my bathroom I actually want to smile instead of crying, it is incredible I’m so happy with that. Male: How are you doing? I’m about to say something I don’t think everybody sudden this house, we’re done. Dan: Yes. Shannon: Alright. Male: What do you think? Dan: I think is awesome. Shannon: I love it, I love the shower is the greatest part. Male: Yeah, I mean now it doesn’t look like that could actually works. And you got this new modern vanity storage. Shannon: Yes. Male: It’s all fill in good. Shannon: Yeah. Male: Guy do you have idea about our budget? Dan: No, not at all. Male: Are you ready? 9700 bucks. Shannon: Unbelievably we came in $300 under our budget, that’s awesome. Male: What are doing with the money, where you going to spend it? Dan: We are going to start on the basement. Male: You have a new budget. Shannon: So you want to stick around a little bit? Male: You know what, fix for leaking shower check, and replace the vinyl floor check. Finish the basement now the chance. Shannon: You can do it. Dan: I know. Male: Good job you guys.
