However, as WBZ reports , that's not the part that scared her the most: “The whole situation is really overwhelming.” “An hour later...” “A man called in through the door and he asked me if I had a Fedex package. She claimed Fedex sent the dealer right to her front door.” WCVB reports the package contained seven POUNDS of marijuana. “Tobin called the police, they came and made an arrest, but now she fears retribution. Her suit alleges Fedex violated state privacy laws by disclosing her address.” As for the reason she opened the package in the first place?  WWLP reports: “She says as soon as she opened the package, which she thought was a birthday present for her daughter, she called police.” WCVB says Fedex refuses to comment on pending lawsuits.
