31-year-old William Martinez suffered a heart attack and died during a threesome.

And now, WGCL reports Martinez’s wife has been awarded $3 million after filing a lawsuit against her husband’s doctor for lack of proper care.

“She sued Dr. Gangasani after he failed to diagnose her husband's heart condition. The jury said that failed diagnosis was crucial because the officer died a short time after the appointment.”

 

His wife wasn’t invited into the love shack with Martinez and his friends . MSNBC has more on the verdict.

 

“The jury agreed that [the] cardiologist … failed to warn Martinez to stop all physical activity in the week between the time Martinez came to see him with complaints about chest pains … and a heart stress test—scheduled the day after the patient died.”

 

The Telegraph reports jurors initially awarded his estate $5 million—but they cut it down to $3 million when they found he was 40 percent responsible for his own death by—well, group activities to say the least.

 

But was it really the doctor’s fault? RT’s Alyona Minkovski says if you’re in the middle of seeing your doctor for heart problems, you might think to take it easy on your ticker—not work it harder.

 

“They’re actually suing the doctor saying he failed to warn him that he shouldn’t do these things, I mean really? …FLASH…maybe don’t do hyperactive things when you’re having chest pains.”

 

The Daily Mail reports Dr. Gangasani’s lawyers say they will be appealing the decision.
