Audra Lowe: If you like to dress up your home but you don’t want to spend a lot of money, why not get a little help from Mother Nature. Lifestyle Expert Mar Jennings is showing Rhiannon ways to bring the fall indoors. Rhiannon Ally: We’re getting creative and showing you cheap poise to decorate by bringing the outside indoors. Mar do we are making today. Mar Jennings: Indoor and make expensive is not always better, you have to learn to have a really great eye and discover beautiful things at off price stores and there is a lot of them available. My favorite is home goods and this all came from home goods this beautiful glassware. But what you do with it really makes a different, whether you— Rhiannon Ally: And these all are cheap, you said just a couple – Mar Jennings: Very inexpensive, this was 8.99 isn’t that beautiful? And the beautiful thing about this is that you can change it out and you can put different things in it, depending of from what time year it is. Rhiannon Ally: This is a bag of nuts. Mar Jennings: A bag of nuts, okay right gorgeous. How beautiful display it is and it’s a real decorating secret is about bring this great element and introducing them into your home but what you do with them is really important. You put lemons in there or you can even add some fruit to put a pear in there and whatever you do just completely gives it a whole new meaning in a different approach to it right? Rhiannon Ally: Yes and here I love this, can we show this? Mar Jennings: Another great vase, look at this and again I’ve picking some pine cones and I’ve create this wonderful little balls and I put some chestnuts here and some hazelnuts, excuse me. And the hazelnuts are just the wonderful way to incorporate again texture, paint from outdoor, things that are natural and organic. Rhiannon Ally: You can even use acorn and look at this, you glued this ball together. Mar Jennings: I did and you know I sold this, it was mad it was expensive and I said I could do this so want to have and created this beautiful ball and what I do is I spray with hair spray to give it this great laughter and shin and it just make it to a real impact you will love that. It’s a conversation piece and you can do that every couple of years when I get best to that go ahead and hit some more hairspray with it. Rhiannon Ally: So here spray and the glue gun, love that. Mar Jennings: It’s perfect, easy project to do. Rhiannon Ally: Okay, we’re moving to the table. Mar Jennings: Let’s move to the table and you know your table’s keep is so important especially if you’re entertaining for the holiday. Rhiannon Ally: But it doesn’t have to be expensive? Mar Jennings: It doesn’t have to be expensive, again all price stores a great resource these things came from home goods and I’m going to start with this beautiful decorative plate just $3 now a simple play can change out the entire experience of the table skip you can do a thanksgiving plate or you can do a Christmas plate. Another way, key way to dress up your table and you don’t have to even invite Mother Nature to sit down is using a magnolia leaf and with the metallic paint you can simple write your guest name on it and you can put that on the table on the beautiful women napkin and that way is just speaks the people to say, wow it’s creative, it’s a great way to use Mother Nature elements, a beautiful magnolia leaf and then of course just writing peoples names on it. Rhiannon Ally: And it’s inexpensive. Mar Jennings: That is the exactly word to say. Rhiannon Ally: Yeah, sit there and this is inexpensive which we love. Okay, we’re getting this for Lorrie. Mar Jennings: Okay. Rhiannon Ally: And instead I’m saying for dinner so we are putting right there. Mar Jennings: And here you go your picture is perfect. Rhiannon Ally: Alright.
