Everyday Gourmet Grilling: Cookbook Review

Hi everybody welcome to Le Gourmet TV. Today, we’re going to take a look at Ted Readers newest cookbook and that is Napoleon’s everyday Gourmet grilling and it’s full of recipes from Ted Reader. Now I know Ted. I’ve had Ted on the website cooking and I’ve been over there to 10 times on eaten his meals. And the next best thing to having Ted cook for you is going to one of his cookbooks and cooking it for yourself and taking what he is putting in the recipe and currently making it your own maybe a little bit, but his inspiration and cooking it at home.

So this cookbook is filled with recipes covering just about everything that you can put on in a barbecue in grill. There’s vegetables, there’s chicken, there’s fish, there’s shellfish, there’s beef. You’ve got stuff cooked on plains. You’ve got stuff cooked on the sizzle zone. You’ve got stuff with sauces. But in every instance, the flavor is absolutely the trouble.

Ted takes the recipe and it just breaks it up to that next level. You take this cookbook out in your backyard for your next family gathering and everybody is going to be absolutely amazed that way we are cooking. With this cookbook you can elevate your brilliant experience beyond what your neighbor is doing. You can take it to that top level. Sausage rubs, marinades, it’s all in here. And if you’re not looking for overly complicated recipes bearing in here too, things that are really simple but you can get the grill, get them cooked quickly, get them on the table, eat them and you have still have an incredibly flavorful meal.

And beyond all the recipes, it’s still a little tip on tricks to make your grilling experience better. And what I really like about these anymore complex recipes, there’s still really simple to pull off because grilling is about being in your backyard. It’s about being friends and family and it’s about visiting and you don’t to be slate you know what label this over the grill the whole time your family is there. You want to be able to spend time with them and so lot of this recipes allow you to spend that time with your friends and family, wow them with an incredible meal and not have you to cook, feel like even slating over the grill the whole time.

All in all I think this is a great book and one that any backyard grilling aficionado you should have in your shelf. Thanks for coming by, hope to see you again soon.
