Eagle Arion 2.1 Speakers with Subwoofer Review
Welcome to PCWizKidsTechTalk. Today, I wanted to show you the Eagle Arion 2.1 Speaker’s with Subwoofer. So, for those of you who that don’t have any speakers yet with your new PC, this is an option that you might want to think about. It has 30W of peak power. That’s what we’re talking about here when you’re looking at the total wattage and total RMS power is 15W, 40 Hz to 20 KHz is the range and as you can see here these black speakers come in nice wooden enclosure. Okay, so unlike other types of speakers that you might have the casual set that are all plastic.
This one here has a solid construction, solid wood enclosure so that you get the more accurate sound coming out of it and of course the feel of the buttons here for the volume and the bass control are very nice, smooth and solid. So you can tell a bit here that the quality is better than your average speaker. Not to mention like I said, solid wood enclosures on this as well and you can see here on the sides, so all wood all around and the anti vibration feet there at the bottom as well.
Now, the satellite speakers of course come with the 3-inch speakers, the drivers on the inside so that you know, they’re 3- inch and at the back, you’ve got the connections, your RCA cable connections there for your audio input, audio output which will go to your speakers and to the computer and then your on/off switch for the speakers is at the back. Okay, so that’s how it looks like at the back and here at the front.
Let’s go ahead and connect this to my computer and play Crisis so you can see what it sounds like. So, I’m going to slowly increase the volume here as we play it so you can hear what it sounds like. So, here we go. Okay, now we are going to play Call of Duty 4. It’s in different sound effects. You see how that sounds and I’ll also tune the volume up. Here we go.
So, there you have it. So, depending on the range, the type of music, the sound that you want to play, obviously this has the bass to support it. It has the satellite speakers so you got good voice range, good bass, good types of support for different types of games. Of course and it’s definitely a good alternative to just using a headset or maybe plugging it into your speaker of your stereo or something like that. If you want to get something more portable and specific to your PC then this might be it for you. I liked to thank Eagle Tech for providing it and I hope you enjoyed this video and thank you for watching.
