EA Sports Active Review Fitness Test
Diet.com presents video
Sarah Dussault Diet.com Host
Welcome to the calorie minute brought to you by diet.com video. I’m Sarah Dussault and today I’m reviewing an EA sports active for the Wii Fit that EA sports claims that the game is a personal trainer in a box so today I’m going to put the game to the test to see if it’s as good as some of the personal trainers that I work with.
EA Sports Active Review
Boxing
So you try to hit hard so that your target explodes hence why I have sore right shoulder for the past week some of you may have seen our review Wii Fit where it actually didn’t read the directions but this one I did read the directions for them but doing it for a few days now so I’m kind of proud.
Dancing
Now this is the dancing supposedly this is supposed to be the fun. I guess you can kind of get a cardio if you like move your legs enough but you don’t really have to, to get the point. You use it to use your arms so this one requires some self motivation like I think but then you will never dance like this is like the bar you know where we dance. It’s the Wii.
Volleyball
This one is Volleyball. This is one of the ones that I actually like for the sports most so you throw up the ball and you hit it, throw, hit it and there’s videos that show you how to do each one but since I did this over the weekend I’m not seen all so this seems that I already know how so that’s nice.
Split Squats
So if I did these on my own I probably would not be waiting down in this position as long so it definitely is good for getting your heart rate out.
Front Shoulder Raises
So now what we’re doing French Shoulder Raises in the Wii active they give you a band or resistance band and some handles obviously so what you’re first to do is you hold the nun chuck in one hand and obviously the controller in the other. Now the one thing about this that’s good is that you have to say on pace with trainer. You can’t like speed through them and go on your own so you really do have to hold each exercise.
Inline Skating (Jump Squats)
It’s so annoying. I can’t do tricks. I didn’t do a trick so you know what I just jump and let them count.
So our videographer finally figured out the trick you go to jump when it’s green why didn’t think of that.
Running
This is just the run and there’s actually other people on here, it’s kind of fun to pass them and if you how do you partner with you, you’ll be able to race them so it would make you go even faster.
Official Review
EA Sports active you guys did a great job in regards to being able to actually change a person’s body and getting them to really work those different muscle groups so congratulations EA sports we give you the 2 thumbs up. Last year around this time we reviewed Wii Fit and.com picked up our video and posted it on their blogs so thanks .com and I hope you guys like this review and you’ll share it with your readers once again. I caution you though this time I actually did read the directions fully and I do all of the exercises correct so I’ll see you guys next time.
