Today, in expert Photo tips, we’re going to do and test the Durashield DSLR Sling bag.
I first noticed the Durashield Sling bag at the Major North American Retailer just a few days ago. I've decided to buy this and check it out. It looks a lot like a total bag, it’s like a little pearl, and it was under $140.00, so let’s see what he can do and take the tension strap off here.
It looks a little small for me. It does mount like a normal sling bag that I have and you do have the normal DSLR quick action here.
It does the main thing as well like the high end sling bag. It doesn’t appear to have a little bit of color top in it and then put it for $40.00 I figure why not.
Everything fixed in here pretty snug. Hold the traditional black snaps and other gear on here is fairly big so it makes it easy to find. It’s like that. what can I do about it is that the zipper here are steel and are not this little black plastic zippers that break when you’ve try to get your camera out in a hurry. There’s a lot of loom and then again, there’s another enough room for one full size DSLR with the lens maybe a couple of spear wringers and maybe a couple of flashes if you push it. I will show you in a second what I have inside this bag.
As you can see, this bag is fairly thin. There’s a little bit less than a full size of back pack you can load in. There’s a big full size backpack an out door back pack. Here’s the door shield and there’s a lot of mesh to this bad which I love with a lot of mixture. There’s a lot of tool spongy material, which is great, and then you can even literally drop this bag, which is out of ten.
And now, when o found this bag, I bought the left handed version but it’s a sort of right handed version unlike cotton bags which a lot of both. This is also only a sling. There’s another full size back pack. You cannot convert it to a full size back pack. There are having a couple of features that I want to do with your higher end bag’s half like a utility pocket for an i-phone, i-pod, a zoon, a cellphone or whatever. I have my neon media at the sides in here.
Like I said, a hundred forty box so as I should be surprised to see it, the DSLR bag and I’ll make it here as retailer who doesn’t sell DSLR equipment. All right, that was so on the spot deal. You’ll find here on the side much on the top of bag and you will see the bags are what known as quick or mat. Anyway we have our DSLR, a very to access. On the door, you have to pull the flat hand and we’ll have the cleaning cloth, a micro fiber cloth and place it for a couple of SD courage or some flash of memory card.
One thing I don’t like about this cleaning cloth is I would never rely on it. If this door here is going to be opened. Who knows what kind of dirt greasing grain is going to be on the center of this away so that’s just my opinion., so if we go ahead, when I close this bag here it’s open up used to straps that hold the bag shot so it doesn’t open all the way when you.
Do you quick draw that, as you can see? So inside here, you our main compartments holding our full size DSLR with the pulling this on eye shoot most of the left. Here you can see is the spear lings and a little back up point in shoot and another back up point in shoe so we have two pointing shoes, a once full size body in lens as suppose you can put three lenses in here, two lenses of media flash or something like that. So that’s basically what the main body the compartment can hold.
I’ll just take a look of what move head over here. And right now, it appears on the main body compartment on the pure bag. We have this, and a little compartment here which I could just tie into the other comer bags. Then in here I have room for flashlight then it comes with a quick release of it.
A little L&D light whenever you want to do some life presume not much more with remainders but you could have low it maybe a past forward or something. Here we have a big overhead compartment on the top back of the DSLR sling and see what it’d like fit in here. And then just one hand between thee and then here we have a big what I call a drop can I have everything that I need. A little bushy corner in there we’re going to do some paper pen, how to clean a brush and have a head of squishy hair brush and some back up media, and back here, we have a little pocket that holds my low pro media card reader and also my media cards at about a hundred gig of cards in here. And you can see, it’s not really that bigger on an over head compartment I should post. You could put a DSLR body in there with no winds.
It doesn’t seem like to put a DSLR in that.
Now, another feature of it is, bag has this elements cover. Cotton bags have it virtually the same thing. That’s found here at the bottom of the bag, a little secret compartment here. And we have a full size all leather of elements fill it. And you actually cover it like that in a hurry for that too, and there you go. You’re completely protected from the rain and of course this water in here but this is going to be a part against your back.
Now, one thing, the sling does not have a tripod mount it does how over head this little expandable nylon sleeve here that’s pushed from the bottle of water end. Ever I find it quick and easy hot to add a small tripod. Here’s a little small matrix tripod that I used from time to time. All we have to do put the tripod in there. Don’t get yourself want to this little ball ties. Okay so that’s your ball tie, and put it through the top head of your back pack. Cheap, easy and tripod now to add to this bag or any other bag there has this feature to it.
Got on me a little bag, so what’s for fun right now is this well, it’s the bag that’s under $40 for a DSLR bag for a major retailer here and the actual end way for all this around 7 lb. all that you have and everything. It’s a like bag; it’s a small bag again. It does have his ups and downs and this will small on me. I recommend the smell if you’re going to a full graphic parade or all the way that you do want. This is a perfect bag, but if you plan carrying a lot of lenses, a lost of flashes or a lot of these accessories you may want to upgrade. It’s maybe something up to call a bag but first for your box. I think this is a common deal.
