Rebecca: That is not true. You can really get a lot of thing for your bucket at that the drug store. You just have to know what to look for and what I love about this product is, you want volume with the mousse right but you also want your hair to feel hydrated but when you put in multiple products. You can use it as a highlighter. It’s a really nice pop of color and in a natural really natural looking flash and it's a great quality product and for a buck you can't go wrong.
