So you are now going to start to see me removing crooked pieces of bone and cartilage. That's her deviated septum. This is a gnarly piece of bone. The fact that it was sitting on the left side of her airway is what was causing all of that problem.
The next step I have to push over those turbinates. The turbinates sit on the outer wall of the nose. I have got to push those over to create a nasal airway. I am actually crunching these turbinates.
We are now going to dress the cosmetic parts. This is the only incision that we make on the outside of the nose. So I am knocking off her hump, this is the money move right here. Angled scissor, that was her bump; that's going to look great. The bump is gone; she has a nice defining dip in front of her tip, nice, straight bridge, beautiful!
