Deadly Car Bomb Hits Afghanistan

-- including a child -- and over 30 people were wounded in the blast, which went off near the governor's office. Provincial officials said three of those wounded for foreign nationals. Helmand Province has been the site of some of the fiercest fighting since a multinational invasion in 2001.
