Thirteen were reported wounded in the marketplace bombing. One resident blamed ultra-conservative Islamist militants. What did those people do to be killed" The Shula bombing was one of several attacks, including one at an army base, across the Iraqi capital, which has been plagued by sectarian violence. The strikes on Tuesday claimed at least 17 lives.
