Morgan Gray: Hey guys, it’s Morgan Gray, producer at Capcom.
Shana Bryant: And Shana Bryant, associate producer at Capcom.
Morgan Gray: And here, we’re going to talk a little more about Dark Void’s combat choices in the play environment.
Okay, we’re going to take to the sky here on this video. So what we want to show up is the different options you have when you are flying around and fighting bad guys. So right, I got the jet pack working on my jet pack guns and take out these UFOs.
Shana Bryant: And get them within your sights, just take them out.
Morgan Gray: Working them down, dog fighting. This particular level has got middle point. These shills of UFOs, I love this game
Shana Bryant: Yeah, has got the flying formation, they’re trying to take you out.
Morgan Gray: That’s not going to happen.
Shana Bryant: You see on the right of the screen, you see the art which is actually sort of like a— built by Nikola Tesla.
Morgan Gray: Super science at work. So you can see Will with the jet pack and the guns fast—can do a lot of damage, you can’t take a lot of damage. So one of the things you can do is hop into a friendly craft here, take flight.
Shana Bryant: See the flight plane actually flight really similarly to the jet pack but you have got a different weapon feature set. You have got different kind of control.
Morgan Gray: yeah, I mean the cool thing about Will is pretty much with the jet pack on. But this is kind of a lumber jacket, right? So, some type of aluminum metal around your belt.
All right, we’re going to take one of the bigger bad—sky here, the alien UFO. This one here, I'm doing a little hijack mini game, sky jacking, sort of cat and mouse game with pilot.
Shana Bryant: And then get the going—shot off to the site.
Morgan Gray: I have got him. Come here.
Shana Bryant: Take him out. Will you win?
Morgan Gray: Give me your ship. And now, it’s mine. So I can use it’s primary weapons here, sort of the front forward laser guns and also has a sort of limit homing, so of a incased plasma ground.
Shana Bryant: So you can see that secondary view right there, it’s really advanced flyers only.
Morgan Gray: Exactly. As you can see at any point, you can just bail out of that thing.
Shana Bryant: And be a guy with the jet pack once again.
Morgan Gray: Free falling and hovering because I got scared.
Same mission, lots of different ways you can go about. Also, it’s a choice in the air. You go out there and have some fun. Thanks.
