In Australia's sunny Barossa Valley an unusual sight is turning heads. Spot the difference? Zoe, a resident female Dalmatian has adopted Dotty -- a lamb. Owner of both animals, John Bolton, says Zoe has a soft spot for Dotty and it's not because of their similar looks. SOUNDBITE: Lambs Owner, John Bolton, saying (English) "She's in season at the moment and just happened to be in season and sort of feeling that mothering instinct at a time when this lamb was there. So it just seemed to be quite a natural thing for her to pick this up and have something to mother." The lamb's real mother rejected Dotty at birth, giving Zoe the opportunity to sheepishly take over the parenting duties.
