Design Curves Hi, I’m Andy Robinson, the Landscape Renovator. We’re here on Bob’s project working again. One of the things I want to talk about, I’ve said this many, many times before, curves, curves, curves. No, not those garden bed curves, snake-like garden bed curves all over the place. I’m talking about those nice sweeping gentle bed line curves. They really accents the architecture, show the architecture off. Now, poor Bob, Bob’s project here, his house has no curve appeal, oh curve appeal or curve appeal. Okay, what we’re going to do is we’re going to give him some of that. What we’re going to do is we’re going to start here with some of those nice, soft, gentle sweeping curves and bring it around in front of the house. And your eye, as far as I’m concerned, it’s curves and the edges first thing your eye picks up. So it’s extremely important to make sure you get some nice, gentle sweeping curves. Let’s go look. Okay great. Now that you’re a little bit close you can see that I have the outline of the house here and that I’m creating some nice, gentle sweeping bed line curves. Not those snaky ones, they go all over the place coz that would really look too busy. Again, get back to this nice sweeping bed line curve. And that’s the way it should be.
