Thanks for watching FixMyRecipe in WSOCTV.com. I am Chef Billy Parisi and our new meals solution recipe brought to you by Lowe’s Foods is Marinated Grilled Scallops with a side of white rice. When you need to get cranking on our marinades so in a scallop we are going to add in some mustard, honey, a little bit of lemon juice and curry powder.
We are simply going to mix that together. Once it is completely combined we are going to let it cool and in the meantime we are going pat dry our sea scallops to make sure they are completely dry to get all that water out so they don’t stick to our grill. Once those scallops are completely dry next we are going to put them on some wooden skewers so it’s easy to cook on the grill and just about at that time our sauce should be cool, let us go ahead and brush these scallops. We are going to seasoned them with salt and pepper then we are going outside of that Viking grill.
We are going on ahead and place these scallops right on our grill on medium high heat. It is going to take about six to eight minutes on each side to cook these completely through. These scallops look and smell amazing. You saw how easy it was to grill these. Next let’s prepare some white rice accordingly. We are going to plate this up and you know I’ve got to try some of these.
For the amount of time this took to make, you are not going to find a nicer meal. To see more of these meals solutions stop by LowesFoods.com and watch me make one of them every week on WSOTV.com. It’s time to eat.
