A cranberry-mango Fool with some gingersnaps. So what we’re going to do is take out cranberry mango relish that I made the night before and I'm going to fold into some whipped cream and has a little bit of whipped cream and has a little bit of vanilla and some sugar in it. Whenever you hear the term full for dessert, basically, it some kind of fruit mixed together with a little bit of whipped cream. It’s like a flavor with cream. It makes it really, really simple.
So we’re going to take a nice glass here and we’re going to actually make it look like a parfait. So I'm going to start I'm by layering our cranberry whipped cream or cranberry mango whipped cream, okay. And then, I'm going to take some of our gingersnaps and make a layer of the gingersnaps. And this will give it really nice contrast of texture. And we’ll go back to our cranberry whipped cream and then back to our gingersnaps. And then, I'm going to top it off with a little fresh whipped cream without the cranberries in it and then cranberry mango relish on top.
All right Jake, there it is, cranberry-mango Fool with gingersnap cookies. Let just gives us a taste. I want to make sure I'm sending you down the right path. It really works with the sweetness of the cranberries and the whipped cream.
