Best food, best budget, cooking with Rich Future, this is the dorm room edition, big shouts to all my college co-eds, MIT, Harvard, Babson, all of you, you know I love you. I am going to teach you a few survival tactics on how to not eat in the cafeteria, but how to eat right out of your dorm room. We are making the best food or a best budget, you are now cooking with Rich Future.
So today you want survival of the dorm, I am going to teach you how to make a grilled chicken pizza. All you have here is we have two pounds of chicken, we have some garlic, one onion, and one pepper -- green pepper. I do one small onion, put it right on, it gives it a little bit of flavor but you still don't have an onion pizza. So don't use too much of onion, you just want a couple to put it around right in with your chicken, it's going to get grilled and it's going to be hmm fabuloso, and as per Dorothy it's both deliciouso.
But you are in college, so you probably won't know about Dorothy explorer and Diego, they are my college students out there. They are like who's Dora, what is that, I don't know what that is?
I am going to chop really fine about two pieces of garlic, give it a nice garlic chicken taste. I may add a little bit of my lemon pepper to give it this lemon pepper garlic onion flavor, yummy delicious pizza taste. You want to start with your olive oil. This is Rich Future's secret sauce, don't tell anybody, Rich Future's secret sauce, sweet mandarin cookie.
So we're going to put about, let's say about 3-4 teaspoons, turn that down, we just put it to heat up. What I want to do, put your chicken as you just want to cut it into little diced chunks. Let's season our chicken with a little bit of lemon grass powder, just put it right on your chicken, this is lemon grass, this is really light, it gives a good taste, doesn't add too many calories, close that up.
Now what we are going to do is add some black pepper. All the flavors are just mixed nicely, some salt. Chicken is ready to go. Let's put it in. We're just going to put the chicken right into the sauce, you want to make sure this is cooked first. You want to shake it a little, give it that shake, shake, love you, shake it, shake it, shake it... so we do it in my kitchen.
So what we're going to add in now is just going to add in a little bit of garlic. We're going to add our onions, and we're going to add our green peppers. Our chicken has been cooking probably for about 5-6 minutes. Don't want it to get too brown, it's just going to cook a little bit more, but you just want the flavors to come out. So when we add it to the pizza, it just all comes together and it is like - you take it, you want to shuffle it around in here, oh that's how you get it when you are cooking with Rich Future.
Yeah, little bit of salt, little bit of pepper, and then we're going to take this off. Do it on a pizza. Go get a six pack(ph) real now, make sure you grab me one because coming out the oven real soon is Rich Future's grilled chicken pizza, I can't wait, so I know you can't. Oh yeah!
This is a Deep Dish. Deep Dish allows you to put more stuff in it, have more refilling, it comes up and everything sits down together, and it gets all cheesy and everything is just like blub, blub, blub... so good. We are in a dorm room. So of course I will have a pizza pan. We're going to make our own cookie sheet. Here's your cookie sheet.
So we're ready for the final piece of the pie. We have our grilled chicken, little bit of pepper, little bit of onion, some garlic and Rich Future's sweet sauce. Now we're ready to add it. This is the final step in the process of making my famous grilled chicken pizza. I made it famous, yes, I did. Everybody in my dorm room, love it. They would come to me back like, Rich, can you make me some more pizza? We love your pizza, I want some more.
Into the oven we go. Ooh! What do we do now? Usually when I am waiting for my pizza to get done, I get on my phone, check couple of my emails, and IM some of my friends, or back in the days we had Napster, so I would actually download music. But you kids get all these other music sharing things and file sharing things, go to cyberspace, but I am coming back so make sure you log on, check it out.
So Future's grilled chicken pizza is out of the oven, it's ready to go. I am ready to eat. It look so lovely, I just want to put my face in it, but I can't because I want to share it with the rest of you, you and the audience too reaching hand out, try to grab a piece if you can, if not I'll eat for you.
As you can see, the chicken cooked some more, got a nice little brown grilled taste, the crust is nice and crunchy, this pizza is great, only costs 8 bucks, I still can't believe that. I told you, I am going to teach you how to get the best food, or in the best budget. So if you like me, grown boy, you want some nice big pieces, nice big chumps, ready to go, get your drill during exams, final exams, study hard, play harder, Rich Future with cooking.
