Congolese Soldiers Surrender to M23 Rebels

and policeman surrendered to them, handing over their weapons. The rebel force, widely thought to be backed by Rwanda, said they planned to take control of the vast central African country. A spokesman addressed crowds, saying that M23 will not stop their advance.
