Now then today we get to meet Gil and Joy Richardson who know there young daughter will thank them when they upright there condo to a house to the yard but first of course they must sell for top dollar. Gil Richardson: Good to see you, hi! Help! Help Live to our place where we do pretty much everything. Clive Pearse: Gil and Joy are eager to sell these two bedrooms, two bath condo so that there daughter Julia will have more room to grow but the home’s living room, kitchen and master bedroom are far from real estate ready. Our real estate expert fought this kitchen was boring. Now it will stand out and sell. Updating the stove, faucet and lighting, transform the space. The new table creates a valuable dining area and fresh paint and accessories thought it off. Female : These cabinets not updated and now they feel like brand new cabinets. Joy Richardson: They do the happier kitchen though. Female: It is a happier kitchen. Gil Richardson: Happier kitchen and happier master suits now too. Female: Let’s go and check it out. This is what I would call a master suit. Gil Richardson: Absolutely. Clive Pearse: What was ones Oakwood is now a comforting retreat. This room didn’t require any elbow grease; we simple freshen up the bedding, furniture, lighting and accessories. Female: We’ve set the stage here for someone feeling very at ease and at home in this room. Joy Robinson: It’s very relaxing. Female: Yes, and it sets the stage for what’s to come and the master bathroom, let’s pick in. If I do say saw myself wow this bathroom is great. Gil Robinson: Yeah, it does. Clive Pearse: Before this bathroom was the setting for a horror film, well it once to buy anymore replacing the lighting and flooring. Took this space to a whole new level, new faucets, paint and decorative accessories make it shines. Female: Take up that light box really took away the day that expected the room. Gil Robinson: Right. Female: And it allow us to use this great jewelry light fixture which really gives an elegance really dresses up the room and it makes it feel expensive. Clive Pearse: So how did Lisa breakdown the budget? Just have the half when tools of updating the lighting, appliances and faucet. The rest will split between flooring, bedding and accessories, furniture and painted supplies living us with only one dollar to spare.
