Dick Well, I will tell you. Those gloves saved me in Zillion scorches, splinters into my hands, blisters etcetera. So, a good pair of work gloves you want to have when you pack. Sometimes you going to shooting camera or riffle, you want finger sensitivity and flexibility that is when you want to think on these gloves.
Dick: Here our pair for insulation, like paddling out on the water, when you are on the lake on really cold day and even in summer time, good insulation, tough, cortex etcetera. And these boxing gloves are good all around glove that you are just going to take one pair of gloves, this will adapt for a whole variety of different condition.
Laura: That is good to know. So Dick, do you ever not wear hat?
Dick: I do not sleep in it but it is the last thing that come out at night, first thing to go on in the morning, keeps the sun out of my eyes, keeps of my heads cool when I want it too, I can carry water with it, I can pan a fire, it got bunches of use.
Here is one made out of canvass, light weight, breathable, excellent hat for summer time, try it on you will see, feels very nice. Here another one similar, but this one is canvass and it is impregnated with wax so you have excellent water protection as well getting really good sunshade with that big break.
Here is what we really call a ball cap. Lots of guys liked to wear this, not everyone likes hats, although the hat actually for the bushes some more practical all around piece of head gear. And here we got a Toque, which we called Toque up here in Canada which they called stocking cap down in the States.
