This 20 foot or six meter sculpture of Korean popstar Psy in China's city of Harbin is proof that you can still go Gangnam Style in subzero temperatures. The massive ice statue that captures the popular dance craze is one the city's many creations featured for the annual snow and ice festival. And it has proven to be a popular attraction for visitors like Yuan Wenyang. (SOUNDBITE) Yuan Wenyang, student in Beijing, saying: "The beat of his music is quite crazy, making people feel full of enthusiasm, in this ice city, in a place with temperatures below -20 degrees Celsius ( -4 Fahrenheit). This is enough to spark people's passion and make them feel warm and enthusiastic. It makes people enthusiastic and excited. I think that's quite good." The annual event draws millions of tourists from around the world with dozens of sculptors showing off their ice shaving skills.
