After reviewing this recipe for chicken salad, Kim, I don't even think I would feed this to my dog. You have got some really crazy ingredients going on. Pay close attention, we have got a fix coming up for you.
Kim, I have said it before, and I will say it again, it is brutally cold out there, and instead of boiling chicken, we are going to actually grill it and get a nice caramelization on them, we are going to season them up, and hit them on our GF grill. Kim, it only takes a few minutes to cook our chicken. Let's get it off the grill, cut it up, and cool it before we add our remaining ingredients.
Kim, our chicken is nice and cool, let's simply add in all of our ingredients.
Kim, get rid of that pineapple and get rid of those apples, I have absolutely no clue why you would put that in your chicken salad. In place of that we are going to add in these golden currants and pistachios.
Kim, now we are going to adjust the seasonings. Instead of using regular salt, we are going to use seasoned salt and crack black pepper.
Kim, awesome flavors here in this chicken salad. Get rid of that pineapple, throw that apple in the trash, use these golden currants, and more importantly, the pistachios. Don't forget to season with seasoning salt.
