So basically, we’re just going back and forth between an A7 chord and a D7 chord. So, we’ve got the A for like this we’ve got the 5th fret on the 6th string and we’re skipping a string and going second finger here 5th fret on the 4rth sting. Then you pinky, you could also use this ring finger here if you want on the 6th fret and how I’m picking that is where the fault comes in.
Basically I’m going thumb and first and second finger not even used on the pick on this particular lick. So, it’s all about the coordinating day left hand and right hand because I’m fretting at the first time. This is how what sound if I were not fretting any else. So you can definitely do that without fretting it. So once you got that rhythm down you can hear when I’m fretting it.

Then, when I change chords I’m just going to hear with the five, four, five and the three notes of a D7 chord, same rhythm in the right hand. So let’s try it and still like that.

And once you got that down you can bring in up the speed.
