Hey thanks for stopping by I’m Chef Billy Parisi and you’re watching FixMyRecipe on wsoctv.com. Our new meal solution recipe brought to you by Lowes Foods is a chicken Caesar Salad with a side of garlic bread. I can’t wait to get started on this.
The first thing we need to do is make our garlic bread, since it does take the longest two cook. So we’re going to slice our baguette on a bios and we’re going to brush it with some butter, sprinkle on some garlic powder, it’s going in the oven on 350 degrees and it’s going to take somewhere from 15 to 25 minutes.
This is great timing because while our garlic bread is cooking we’re going to get started on this chicken. We’re going to season it very well with salt and pepper on both sides, and in a large hot skillet with some none-stick spray, we’re going to sear it to get nice and brown. Once they are brown, we’re going to flip all over and we’re going to finish those in the oven on 350 degrees, it’s going to take about 8-12 minutes.
While our chicken and the garlic bread is still cooking, we’re going to prepare our dressing. So in a large bowl we’re going to add in some light Caesar dressing, some sour cream to hold it together and a little bit of lime juice for some tang and we’re going to set it aside.
Looks like our chicken is done at the exact same time as our garlic bread, perfect timing. Now we’re going to go ahead an pour our dressing into our Romaine lettuce, we’re going to add in some Italian cheese, we’re going to plate this up, slice up our chicken and put it right on top of our lettuce greens, we’re going to add some garlic bread and you know I’ve got to try some.
Wow this looks absolutely amazing and was so easy to do, once again thank you so much for watching Fix My Recipe on wsoctv.com. Be sure to stop by LowesFoods.com and see all their new weekly meal solutions and watch me fix one of them every week here on wsoctv.com. It’s time to eat.
