Chicago Police Shoot And Kill Fleeing Carjacking Suspect

A carjacking suspect was shot and killed by Chicago police this afternoon, apparently as he tried to flee on foot.

for the Fraternal Order of Police tells WGN News the suspect was pulled over after the officers got a report of an armed carjacking involving the vehicle the man was driving.
Pat Camden says when challenged by police, the suspect left the car in gear and ran. He says the officers saw the man reach down and grab something before exiting the vehicle.
