Female: Charlie Sheen arrived to an Aspen Colorado court to be officially charged with the felony menacing third degree assault and criminal mischief resulting from Christmas day fight he had with his wife Brooke Mueller.

Female: Charlie did not enter a plea; the two in half men star and his wife both appear before the judge who eases the terms of restraining order so that the actor may now return home to be his family. Charlie has been unable to be on the same room nor speak to her since the Christmas day incident except for when she was sent to the hospital late last month for pneumonia.
Female: Upon hearing the news, the couples hugged, kissed and according to their lawyers were happy to be able to communicate again. They are both headed back to LA so they can work on their relationship but before living court, Charlie was warned that he must still not drink or possess guns nor harass Mueller. Sheen is due back in court in March.
