verified by Reuters comes amid reports that at least 20 people were killed in Homs Monday. The bloodshed comes a day ahead of a planned visit by Arab League monitors who are on the ground to verify whether or not President Bashar al Assad is ending a violent crackdown on unrest. More footage appears to shows tanks on the street in a town under siege.
