In order to use the Aperture priority function on the Cannon A610, what you want to do is change the mode dial to AV. This is Aperture value that means aperture priority with the Cannon. You’ll see AV in the top right corner and the bottom, highlighted. You’ll see the aperture value and you can change that value by using the left and right navigation buttons on the back just like that. Now, you give it a try.
