Female: Angie and Chad really wanted their overgrown backyard to live up to its potential and become this serene outdoor living space they knew it could be. With clever design and simple construction, we used our budget of $3,000 to create a brand new backyard that meets all of their needs. Now let’s see if this is the backyard Angie and Chad have been hoping for. What do you think?
Male: You did amazing.
Female: This is unbelievable. This is amazing.
Female: When we started, this yard was divided into two separate unconnected areas. Its whole size was blocked by overgrown plants and a too tall bamboo fence. Now a dramatic arbor connects the two parts of the yard and adds a striking architectural element.
Male: This thing is amazing.
Female: It just leads you right out.
Female: And the bamboo fence has been replaced by modern prefab fencing that won't block Chad and Angie’s view. Before the back portion of the yard was unused forgotten space with just a weed choked planter. Now, this stunning fountain and water garden is the highlight of the space. And your water feature, that fountain is gorgeous in the sunlight.
Male: That’s amazing, that’s gorgeous, just no more plants, no more mess back there and now it’s something nice and calm and soothing.
Female: Angie and Chad didn’t know what to do with this area. Dominated by crumbling barbeque and poison ivy, we got rid of the weeds and installed a comfortable spot for entertaining with a brand new deck. And we added a one of a kind bar that used the old barbeque as a base. We replaced Chad and Angie’s overgrown broken walkway with a clean stone path and incorporated a new dining area.
Female: This walkway is gorgeous.
Female: And colorful details like the new plannings tie everything together for the perfect outdoor living space. So does it meet your expectations?
Female: It’s a complete 180 I just can't get over it.
Female: So you think you’re going to bring your friends over and entertain?
Male: Of course. We’re going to go inside and call them right now.
