Welcome to the beginners guide to buying and selling on E-bay. E-bay is an online auction where you can buy and sell almost any item you can think of. Whether you are looking for a new digital camera or you want to sell your old pair of skis. E-bay gets you a place to connect with people who are selling what you want or who want to buy what you have. You can search for items on E-bay without signing up for anything, but in order to actually purchase something or put something up for sale. You need to create an account, entering your personal information like your name, location, phone number, E-mail address and then select your E-bay user name.
This must be unique so if it is not available just choose a new one. Create a password and then choose and answer a secret question that will be used if you forget your password. Entering your date of birth, entering the security digits and after you read and accept the your agreement and privacy policy. Check this box and click on register that is it; you now have your very own E-bay account. Remember there are 10 parts to the series so don’t forget to check out the other episodes in the beginners guide to buying and selling on E-bay.
