Buttermilk Pancake Recipe
I’m getting ready to serve my buttermilk pancakes. I actually started preparing these yesterday. This recipe includes baking powder, melted butter, buttermilk, brown sugar, eggs, salt, baking soda and flour.
We begin by mixing all of our dry ingredients. I'm going to save my baking powder for later. All right, it’s time for the whip. If you don’t have any buttermilk, we've got a video for that. Check us out, Legourmet.tv. Give it a good whisk.
This is a recipe you should ideally prepare the day before. So, when it is whisk together, we’re going to put a lid on it. Put it in the fridge and add out baking powder tomorrow when we’re ready to cook it. If you don’t have the time, you can throw it in now, and cook it. Best results though takes that extra day.
It is time for breakfast. We’ll add our baking powder. Give it a good whisk. I've already got my non-stick frying pan preheating on the stove, and just like that. We’re ready to go. Now, everybody likes pancakes --oh that make a mess -- of different sizes. I kind of like mine on the small size. Just pour it in, the desired size that you like.
There we have it, one last pancake for the stack. You can have whatever you’d like on it, maple syrups, jam. I happen to have some blueberry sauce. Enjoy!
