Business as usual for Pope Benedict as he meets with the Romanian President Friday. The meeting comes on the same day the Vatican appointed a new head of its bank -- a position that has been vacant since May when the previous chief was ousted from the scandal tainted institution. Pope Benedict also met with clergy from Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. His next public appearance is on Sunday when he will recite the Angelus Prayer before he enters into a Lenten retreat until February 23. After February 28, he will become the first pontiff in hundreds of years to resign. He said he will follow a life of prayer and be "hidden from the world."
