Jason: If a picture is worth a thousand words what do you have to say about this.
Jessica: Because this is our bathroom, scary huh?
Jason: It has got to go.
Krista: Is it bright in there or is it just me. You know I would say that wallpaper is off the wall but unfortunately its not. It’s stuck there so that means we’ve got our work cut out for us.
With the raw materials, labor and all the perfect new products the grand total for this transitional toilet is about $22,000.
Jason: Remember when we had nothing to say about this bathroom before. We have so much to say now. I mean would you look at the wallpaper is gone.
Jessica: No more butterflies.
Jason: No more foil.
Jessica: No more paisley.
Jason: And it’s not on the ceiling anymore.
Krista: I really wanted to give Jason and Jessica an environment that was warm and sophisticated that really reflected not only their style but the style of their home.
Jessica: The first thing that you really noticed, no more closed door. It’s been closed off.
Jason: And now look at all the space we’ve got and the lights I mean this beautiful fixture, it’s a vent fan too like you hear that, that’s the sound of no more mold.
Jessica: All done.
Jason: And what about these sconces I mean they really do look like fire. I’m getting warm just standing here and our new sink beautiful. I love this sink and I think the thing I love most of all it’s got a stopper. And you know how you originally wanted a pedestal sink I mean we were so set on that and then when you guys came home with this.
Jessica: Krista pointed it out at the store, I said that this is the right sink for us.
Jason: And I just really love how the dark wood comes up against this wainscoting. This wainscoting style, I can’t say enough about it because it’s just, it’s so unique, I’ve never seen anything like it before. I still think that its wood every time I look at it. And talking about the tile, I really wasn’t sure when Krista said if you laid it on a diagonal that it was going to make the space seem bigger but it really does. This project that you guys did with monogram. Imean these things seem like they’re stitched right on there.
Krista: I love the chianti color in the towels and the reds in the art because it really pops against the golden color on the walls and not only that it’s consistent with the colors that they used in their master bedroom which really ties both rooms together.
Jason: You know I don’t feel like this bathroom is chaotic anymore. It feels so right.
Jessica: It’s calming, it’s spa like it’s very us.
Jason: It really is and Krista and Steven you guys are magicians.
