Michele Stanten: The Bicycle Curl is a great way to firm the front and sides of your abs.
We're going to lie back with our hands slightly behind our head, feet are flat on the floor. We're going to pull our left knee into our chest as we curl up and twist our torso to the left bringing your right shoulder and elbow towards your left knee.
Now we're going to switch pulling in the opposite leg and twisting in the opposite direction and continue to repeat.
Doing one on each side that's one rep, keeping those abs tight the entire time.
You want to do 8 to 12 repetitions of this exercise and then move onto the next one.
