Brunch in Aspen, Vail and Telluride

Nothing cures that hunger from a morning on the slopes better than a hearty brunch. If
you're in Vail, indulge your every wish while overlooking the Eagle River at the
expensive and breakfast buffet at the Evandale in Beaver Creek. All go the famous west
side café in West Vail and order the absolute best bloody mary’s in town. In Telluride,
those in the know head to the Blue Jay just down the valley in Plaza Vail. The homemade
sausage gravy proves so popular that the Blue Jay once just a shack expanded its
operation to included a larger dining room, bar and hotel rooms.

After few hours on the hill in Aspen, nothing beats the baby back ribs at the Hickory
