Behind the Scenes at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2010

Allison: Jessica Stam, Karolina Kurkova and Alessandra Ambrosio reveal how they prep for the Victoria Secret fashion show. I’m Allison and in today’s fabflash, we take you behind the scenes for one of the sexiest fashion shows in the world.

We went behind the scenes at the Victoria Secret fashion show on Wednesday to get all the details on how these stunning ladies get an angle ready shape. And, what they’re wearing the down the catwalk. Jessica Stam prepares by getting some color.

Jessica Stam: Some days ago, I went and got my first spray trends, I’d be some bronze from head to toe.

Allison: Anja Rubik, make sure to get some sleep and not shed any pounds.

Anja Rubik: I have a deep sleep — I am worked out. I took cared of losing weight because I tend to loose weight a lot.

Allison: Karolina Kurkova and Alessandra Ambrosio hit the gem.

Karolina Kurkova: You know eating healthy which I do all the time anywhere, exercise which I do all the time anywhere I mean a couple company of athletes without these professional basketball players so, hours bedazzling myself and trim them as ballet dancer.

Alessandra Ambrosio: No, I’ve been working out for the last two weeks with my trainer. I got a face show and eating healthy.

Allison: While some of them have to workout others are just born for the runway.

Isabeli Fontana: I didn’t have any preparation actually. It was just born as it is.

Allison: The show was taped this week but doesn’t air until late November. Here is sneak peak of what your favorite angels will be wearing.

Isabeli Fontana: Today, I’m wearing — something from a country girl’s look like a cowgirl inspired outfit. Big beautiful five foot stand wing with feathers. They’re so beautiful and so pretty and sexy and I meant also wearing a pink outfit, very playful.

Chanel Iman: I’m wearing three different looks. I’m wearing a -- I’m wearing a (01:45), and I’m wearing a sexy look.

Alessandra Ambrosio: Yeah, I’d be wearing you know lots of small things. A lot of skin will be exposed.

Izabel Goulart: I’m wearing the tallest wing I ever had on shows. I’m very excited and that it inspires all the dancers so I may dance some little some on stage, who knows.

Female: I’m in the love section at the beginning.

Female: I am wearing this -- knee high boots with spikes and pretty hard to walk and I —and that is for the cape. It will be hand painted, -- and then the second look -- to make.

Female: I’m wearing very sexy paints, Italian.

Allison: Yeah.
