Barcelona’s Waterfront is all new, rebuilt for 1992 Olympic Games.
They even have a cable car that goes up Monterey Park. Barcelona is a major cruise ship port to a space for those are not more ships, the impact from which one can only imagine.
The beaches though artificial or at least manufacture aren’t expensive. During the summer, jammed with thirst but in the fall, the temperature’s comfortable and there’s plenty of space.
