Thanks for stopping by I’m Chef Billy Parisi and you’re watching FixMyRecipe on wsoctv.com our new meal solution recipe brought to you by Lowes Foods is grill chicken fries with a quick easy homemade BBQ sauce and a side of fire roasted veggies. The first thing we need to do is make this BBQ sauce with a medium size sauce pot, let’s go ahead and add in some red onion that we chopped up, Red Wine, Vinegar, Water, Tomato Paste Worcestershire sauce. Ketchup, Brown sugar, Mustard and crushed red pepper flakes.
Let’s go ahead and get this sauce pot on medium heat, stir it altogether. This is great because in the meantime we’re going to prepare everything else. Be sure to wash those veggies out very well, we’re going to go ahead and prepare our peppers by slicing them, removing the seeds and membrane and we are going to remove the skin from our chicken, leave it to the side get ready for that BBQ sauce to baste those things right up.
Remember to let the BBQ sauce cool for five to ten minutes before applying it to the chicken and guess what time it is, you got it right ladies and gentlemen, let’s go outside and put all those food on our amazing Viking grill.
At this point we are going to ahead and place our BBQ basted chicken right on the front grill on medium high heat.
We are going to be basting this chicken throughout the entire cooking process which is going to take about 15 to 20 minutes. After about 10 to 12 minutes of cooking this chicken, we’re going to go ahead and place our roasted vegetables right in the back. Rub a little olive oil on there, watch the flames go.
Yeah, I was taking the exact same thing, let’s try a little bit of this. There is nothing better than roasted vegetables and grilled chicken. Be sure to try this recipe.
