Hey were busy watching the game here and nothing goes but the game better than pizza. Why gets delivery? Try my easy barbeque chicken pizza and you can make it all at home.
This is store but pizza crusts were just going to roll out onto my service here. Just a little bit of flour so it doesn’t stick. Lightly allow it to kind of stretch out. I get it right here I'm just going to start to fit it onto my baking sheet here. This is going to be so yummy. All right so this is nice and form out. Get it this as much as you can to the edges but this is great some look like a nice little artist in pizza. I'm going to get into oven and get it like a flash bake really quick.
Nice and golden brown! All right so now is the time to work on the barbeque sauce. Were already kind of gone a little bit by sweating down my onions and jalapenos with some salt of course a little bit of olive oil to kind of move it around. And to that I’m going to add some garlic, this is my goal to barbeque recipe. I feel like I can kind make this with my eyes close. And it’s really sweet and flavorful and let’s add a little bit of punch of the same time.
So some garlic goes down and the punch were going to get from my Hungarian hot paprika. It’s really spicy smoky and then to that some thyme that’s dry and some dried oregano as well that’s my flavor base there for our barbeque sauce. Work it until it’s nice and fragment. You start to smell it. Things are nice and soft and tender. All right! So there always my lovely herbs down and my paprika then in any good barbeque sauces to catch up in. all right there goes you kind of work it around a little bit. It’s okay if it’s sizzling because its sweet and the caramelization of the sugar is in the ketchup. Till really it make this taste great in your barbeque sauce.
Now I go in for some zip from some table mustard here. Stir that in and then to that some Worcestershire sauce goes in as well. Lots of ingredients in that sauce that taste really good. Add some nice flavor base in without it I'd be adding around thousand more things. Were sold out easy so come on lets tone in with some deb sauce. And then to that some white wine vinegar goes in. nice acidity there and I'm going to cool it all down with some brown sugar.
Right in; let’s say for a little bit of salt and pepper. This is all your really going to want in your barbeque sauce for what you're barbeque chicken good stuff going to move this around some. Now you can do this game day but you can also make this sauce the day before the game and just assembly you're pizza the morning of me. There are lot of shorts steps and shortcuts you can do here. All right so my chicken is all chopped up just going to get right into the barbeque sauce. This is so good let me tell you.
All right so that’s done it’s a good time to go ahead and get my carved bake crust out. Get out all the way my rolling pin and then what you want to do to this is just go ahead and tap it. So I've got my barbeque with the chicken right here. You can make probably a few of this with this topping if you don’t want to use it all. Make sure you give yourself a little bit of a rim for the crust and for someone to hold onto something when they're get their piece out of the oven.
And really you got to do this part baking in the beginning because you don’t want that center of you're pizza to be really saggy. All right now the tacket we've got our three cheeses blend here. So I've got some parm some shredded shredder and some mozzarella. What I like to do with mozzarella for the non New Yorkers and what I want to do is just got a little bit of sprinkle here on my pizza of my parm. And then a little bit of the cheddar as well this going to be great.
You want this coming out of the oven as you're as guest come in. Oooh! Forget about it. Don’t over cheese it I kind of hate when you get a bite of cheese pizza and you get that quave of cheese that you’re working on. You want to make sure that the barbeque sauce and the chicken is the star. And just over the top some mozzarella I really like the way it melts and it get kind of crunchy and its just really good nice and golden brown.
All right the last bits of mozzarella on my pizza and good to go for my oven. This is going to be so good when it comes out. Now it’s just about six or seven minutes to go into its nice and melting golden and bubbly. And in the meantime that will be a little mess to clean up. This is easy barbeque chicken pizza is so yummy if you give it a try and will in the bet and win the MVP at you’re big game party.
