Okay, this is called the lap pull down.
You guys might want to give it a try. So, what you what to think about doing is making sure that your band is shoulder width apart. You are going to bring it up, you have a good tension there. We are working our back with this and our laps are pulling it down.
Ready, down for two and you are going to pull that tension, stop it at the base of the neck and then coming up retracting through the back and again, down and up.
Dylan I think you got a little bit too wide while you bring that tension a little bit more. Try it again, bring it in. Good. So, let us try it again. One more for Dylan, and bring it down, pull to the base of the neck, good and bring it up.
