A ball of fire could be seen on the Damascus skyline in this latest video posted to a social media website whose content Reuters cannot independently verify. It comes amid reports of shelling in the Syrian capital. Equally worrying to Human Rights Watch is the discovery of RBK-250 canisters near Damascus --- basically massive bombs which hold a cluster of smaller bombs prior to release. Russian made cluster bombs were also found in Aleppo including in this civilian area, a home this man says was filled with children. Assessing the site, he says "These bombs are for you Bashar. I hope you go to hell." The use of cluster bombs has been banned by at least 100 countries. Unexploded munitions, which are present in higher numbers in these bombs, can endanger civilians years after the conflict has ended.
