Male speaker 1: The winter break for Audi works drivers, there isn't one! Since as one season ends, it's preseason for the next and each of the team drivers trains hard for their joint success. One of the starts along the way, the traditional Audi winter training in the Ofterschwang where the stars are touring in sports car meet, an opportunity to put their fitness to the test, but there are much more important things to the drivers at this get together than that.
Male speaker 2: In terms of fitness for sure it's special because you have one week time to make your fitness, really hard fitness, but as well the team factor is really as well on the front. So, you learn all the drivers in a more privacy atmosphere and as well if new drivers join the DTM family or the Audi sport family, they get really well welcome here. So I mean that's the special thing on that Audi week.
Male speaker 1: The new edition Marcus Winkelhock, Oliver Jarvis and Catherine Legge. One is Fabian and two Brits. The aim of course being to integrate the men to be existing team as quickly as possible and thanks to their colleagues they settle down straight away in the Audi family.
Christine Legge: Everybody has been very accepting, very kind, very -- you know, they explain everything to us and so for me it's been quite new. It's a bit like your first day at school, you know, because you still have so much to learn and people to learn and things like that but -- no, it's been so far, again, so good!
Male speaker 1: Another aim of the team week is physical training, fundamental to every racing driver. Under professional instruction and constant medical supervision, straining and pushing to the limits, an obvious requirement in motor sport today, self discipline off the track as well.
Male speaker 3: I am very satisfied with their fitness because they have a level that is getting better year after year and when I remember their old days, they arrive without any training in our fitness camp and said, "Okay! I haven't had the time." These days are gone, they are better year after year, and I am very satisfied with that.
Male speaker 1: The drivers are at their most enthusiastic during the various team sports in the Ofterschwang. Football, Basketball or Water-polo, they promote self confidence and total understanding between the drivers.
Male Speaker 4: We always use this week to build the family up. That means to bring drivers together, to have time for open discussions and to make what we call team-building, that means creating this Audi drivers' family and this takes sometime, some investment of activities and we're all ready to do so because we're convinced that it is the right way to go.
Male speaker 1: One for all, and all for the joint success. This motto also aims to show Audi in the correct light in the 2008 season and the way ahead has also been plotted.
