Host: Am I separated from my thoughts? Will Maney: Am I separated from my thoughts, that’s an experiential—that’s something that needs to be experienced. You see, we have this make believe linear timeline. I mean we believe in time as being linear and then we have these things that I—for to as a nanosecond and that someone could tell me what it is but I don’t know what it is but it happens that quickly, it happens that quickly and you just see that. So am I separated from my thoughts? Early on in this journey I had no idea that I was living through the consequences or the effects of the circumstances of my own thoughts. I mean that could be years to at least consider as being a possibility. So now when I find myself in it you know and in the not so good stuff, and I’m sitting there reminding myself and then in that moment I’m very aware of the fact that right now I’m setting out the next set of orders. What all of these did for me was it closed the gap that I thought existed, that I thought existed, it was like an error in my own system that I had to correct. So that would be a way of deciding should I even listen to this little—out because if I believe that I am separated from my thoughts then this could be helpful. If I happen to already know first hand that I’m not therefore that means that everyday is kind of like what’s that movie, I don’t know if it was Truman Show or something but you know, we make stories about do we actually have the power to affect the world that we walk in. And certainly physics now is delving deeply into that, the answer is absolutely and no, I am not separated from my thoughts. But that’s a milestone for some of us, some of us older guys. That’s a milestone to get there, holds the key.
