Accused Bali Bomb Militant Back in Court

bombings that killed 202 people, mainly Western tourists. He is also charged with making 13 bombs which detonated at five churches in Jakarta on Christmas Eve 2000 and claimed 15 lives. One witness - already serving 10 years for his part in the 2003 bombing of the Marriott Hotel in Jakarta - said he saw Patek enter a house used for bomb-making.
