Hi everyone. This is a guide to eating seasonally. So, we are going to take you through a little bit of a seasonal eating starting with summertime and it is very beautiful. Now that the sun, it shines into us and the rain has wash the snow has left. So, I am going to offered up to you discuss a little bit.
Well, in this summer month, everybody heats up and we start to shed off a lot of that old cells that have build up over the summer time. So likewise with our eating, we wanted to make sure that we are eating lighter, we are eating fresher, we are organic produce that was free of pesticides, we are local produce that was farmed and raised here in hour regional area.
So what we really want to focus on eating as fresh as possible and some things like cilantro and fresh herbs, fresh fruits and vegetables, just eating light and dry and airy and using seasoning like lemon juice, mint, can really wake up your system, your body and really starts to shed off a lot of the old cells and can you feel rejuvenated through the summer, which is what you wanted. It is a lot of energy to match the season.
So for going into the fall, you want to really start to warm up as the climate has starting to cool down and start to have a lot more of heavier foods like onions and garlic and oils a little bit; healthier oils like avocado, olives oil, olives.
I have said and said before, our bodies are always changing and the cells are always you know sloughing off and new cells are regenerating because ultimately, our bodies are really just the same as innovative with the same manner as the earth as you know as a chair, you know we all have a certain balance that we have to keep and you know, several night, we will study you know the Science of life which is called aero beta and discuss some of those concepts and they speak about the dotias which are constitutions such was Kappa, Pitta and Vata and in the spring and summer season, we are in Kappa season now.
So, you know with that, it is you know that the changes that come in the body are you know just a detox and you really want to detox your body from the winter months.
