Scott Moninger: Energy and conserving for the one big final punch. Baselining is similar to drafting but you are sharing the work load. So, say you are in a group of five guys you are just going to take turns rotating the front and kind of share the work load like I said earlier, you are doing more work, you as the front rider is supposed to ride in the draft, it is like baselining that you are sharing the work load and as a core of five or six or how many riders in the group, you are more efficient than you would be strong across the road.
Pat Brown: I compete in the sport of triathlon because it has such great energy. The sport, I love all three disciplines, I love training for swimming, biking, running. I come from a very competitive ski background and triathlon seems to have it all. It has a great group of people; I love the athletes or the camaraderie, I love traveling to races and I love training. And living here in Colorado I get to see all parts of the mountains in my daily training.
